After placing your order, instructions are sent to our workshop which begins designing your item. Please allow approximately 10 working days .
Your item will then be sent to you shipped within 24 hours by DHL and delivered against signature.
All our pieces are handmade according to the size, color and customization options chosen. Thus all sales are final .
