ORDERS
How long does it take to process my order?
All of our pieces are made to order due to the many customization options available.
The production time is 7 to 10 working days .
Please note that during periods of high demand, delivery times may be reduced, meaning you may receive your order more quickly.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you have any questions about the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer you an exclusive range of 48 fur colors, 16 shades of cashmere as well as 18 shades of Mongolian fur to personalize your room according to your desires.
We also offer you the possibility of adjusting the dimensions of each piece according to your measurements, in order to design a garment perfectly adapted to your figure and your tastes.
A supplement may potentially be requested from you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, however cancellation requests must be made within 8 hours of placing your order.
Please note that all our orders are made to order. Upon receipt of your order, we will pass the details on to our workshop who will begin designing your coat. This is why we ask that you be informed as soon as possible.
We are also happy to accommodate changes within the same time frame.
Please be assured that our attentive and dedicated customer service will always do what is necessary to fully meet your expectations.
How will my order be packaged?
Our coats are carefully presented in our signature World of Furs box , with careful attention to every detail. To ensure their safety during transport, we carefully pack and protect them in a sturdy shipping carton, so that you receive your order in the best possible conditions.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been manufactured and has completed its production stages it will be shipped from Paris via DHL Express
It will be delivered to you between 24-48 hours in France and Europe and between 48-72 hours in the United Kingdom and the Rest of the World.
All orders are tracked, insured and only delivered against signature or upon presentation of an identity document.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This link will allow you to follow the progress of your package in real time.

How to benefit from free delivery?
Delivery is free in France and Europe for all orders over €450 and will be automatically eligible.
For the rest of the world or lower amounts, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via our partner DHL Express , ensuring fast and reliable shipping.
RETURN AND REFUND
What is your refund policy?
At World of Furs , each coat is carefully designed and made to order to meet your unique expectations. This exclusivity is part of our commitment to you, but it also means that we cannot resell a piece that has been created especially for a customer. As such, all sales are final, and we cannot accept standard returns or refunds.
Our responsive and attentive customer service is available to guide you in choosing sizes and answer all your questions, to ensure that each piece is perfectly suited to your expectations.
What should I do if an item is defective or there is an error in my order?
We understand the importance of your purchase, and we are committed to providing you with the highest quality product. If, despite all the care taken, your coat has a defect or does not meet your expectations (order error or non-conformity), we are here to find a solution that fully satisfies you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Here's how to do it:

2. Add detailed photos of the product and describe the problem encountered.
