INTERVIEW

Upon receipt of your fur coat, we recommend that you shake it gently and brush it with a specific brush to remove any loose hairs and restore volume to the fur. It is normal for a few hairs to fall out at first, this is part of the natural process of materials. Don't worry, your piece will retain all its density and elegance over time.

To care for your cashmere pieces, use a steamer to gently remove creases without damaging the fibers. If you use an iron, set it to a low temperature and place a damp cloth between the iron and the fabric to protect the cashmere. Work delicately on the reverse side and avoid letting the iron sit for too long to preserve all the softness and elegance of your garment.

STORAGE

To preserve the shape and quality of your coats, always hang them on wide, padded hangers to avoid any deformation. Store them in breathable fabric covers, which allow your pieces to air well, while avoiding plastic. Make sure to store them in a dry place, away from direct light and heat sources.

CLEANING

If your piece is exposed to rain or snow, gently shake off excess water. Allow it to air dry, away from a heat source. Never attempt to dry a fur or cashmere piece with a hair dryer or radiator.

Always have your items dry cleaned by a qualified professional. Avoid applying chemicals such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant directly to textiles or fur.
